Over the course of my academic journey in management, I have accumulated a range of professional experiences that have progressively strengthened my skills in finance, accounting, and organizational management. My very first internship was in an accounting company, where I learned the fundamentals of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and the importance of accuracy in handling financial data. Building on this foundation, I later joined the ANCFCC, where I gained deeper exposure to financial processes and developed a stronger sense of rigor and attention to detail. Most recently, I completed an internship at the Ministry of Health – Financial Division, rotating across the budget, accounting, and monitoring services. This experience allowed me to understand financial management in a complex organization, enhancing my analytical skills, adaptability, and ability to work across different units. Alongside these internships, I also took part in an international volunteering project through AIESEC, where I collaborated on marketing initiatives with a municipality abroad. This experience not only broadened my cultural awareness but also helped me strengthen my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment. Altogether, these experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in financial and management practices, coupled with an openness to innovation and collaboration. My goal is to continue developing my expertise in corporate finance and management through new professional opportunities, where I can contribute to organizational efficiency while building the skills needed for a successful international career.
